This post is a development role for a part time level 3 CIPD qualified HR practitioner reporting to the Head of HR, substantively be delivering operational HR and recruitment and providing additional administrative and business support across the organisation as required.
The post holder will provide advice to line managers on policy and procedure and deal with end-to-end recruitment. They will also coordinate monthly payroll changes, annual processes including appraisals, salary reviews and leave calculations. The post holder will support the Head of HR with staff consultations and engagement using the Investors in People (IIP) Generation 6 framework as well as continuously improving all HR processes.
