Our analysis calls for a bold new national ambition to close the employment gap for Wales with the rest of the UK, aiming for at least 75% of working-age people in work over the next 10 years.
Achieving this goal requires supporting an extra 60,000 people into employment, which could boost the Welsh economy by £1.4 billion and save taxpayers up to £500 million annually.
