I'm really excited to be joining Learning and Work Institute, having had the pleasure of collaborating with L&W staff whilst at the Institute for Employment Studies. With the labour market and wider economy facing so many challenges at present, L&W's commitment to producing insightful research which informs policy responses has never been more important. I'm delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to the vital work of L&W in ensuring that policy decisions are based on the best available evidence.
