Learning and Work Institute supported and evaluated a number of pilots across England, which test approaches to engaging adults in learning. The results of these Cost and Outreach Pilots will help to inform development of the Government’s lifelong learning and adult skills policy, including the National Skills Fund.

The pilots ran in give areas:

• Heart of the South West LEP
• Stoke and Staffordshire LEP
• Leeds City Region LEP
• West Midlands Combined Authority
