Aaron joined L&W in January 2025. He leads the lifelong learning campaign and the organisation’s R&D work on lifelong learning. He has ten years’ experience in campaigns, research, events, policy, and public affairs, working for organisations such as WorldSkills UK and the CBI. He also holds an MA in Critical Global Politics from the University of Exeter.
