Amy joined Learning and Work Institute in May 2023 as the HR Advisor. She is currently working on several employee engagement projects internally to enhance the organisation’s current offer. Before joining L&W, Amy worked in a variety of management and HR roles over the course of a 14-year career at John Lewis.
