Deborah Nyantakyi-Kankam

Deborah joined the Learning and Work Institute in 2026 as a Research Intern. She holds a BA in History and International Relations, including a Diploma in International Studies, and spent a year in Greece studying political science. She previously worked at the Ministry of Justice. She has experience taking part in focus groups, conducting interviews, and peer research on youth employment and housing-related support, helping to inform policy and practice. She works on research projects focused on employment, skills, and learning.
