Molly Taylor
Researcher
Molly joined L&W in December 2025 as a Researcher. She holds a BSc in Psychology, an MA in Sociology and Social Research and is completing her PhD in Sociology. Molly has experience using, and teaching a range of quantitative, qualitative and creative methodologies. Her own MA and PhD research used model-making and walking interviews in conjunction with more traditional research methods such as focus groups. Molly works on a range of projects at L&W that span the organisations key policy areas.
