Developing your award categories

We’ll work with you to design adult learning awards that closely align with your strategic priorities and reflect the breadth and diversity of stakeholders in your region, including adult learners, providers and employers.

We’ll leverage our expertise in PR and communications to engage regional and local press and media as well as develop and implement your digital communications strategy across email marketing and social media.

We’ll manage the winner selection process, including collating nominations, producing shortlisting guidance and templates, and working with you to shortlist nominations for each category.

Managing your awards ceremony

We’ll work closely with you to design and deliver a high-impact awards ceremony, making sure this provides opportunity to recognise winners’ achievements and to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Evaluating your impact

We’ll bring our extensive experience of conducting evaluations, to collect data and produce a short report with a summary of feedback and outcomes against KPIs, as well as recommendations for the future.
