Kathryn Mackenzie
Independent member of the Audit Committee
Kathryn is a Chartered Accountant who has spent most of her career in investment banking, delivering significant programmes of work specialising in Transformation and Change Management. She is also a volunteer expedition leader with the local Duke of Edinburgh scheme and is committed to helping young people develop important skills for life such as confidence, resilience and teamwork. Additionally, she is active in the environmental charity sector, holding Trustee roles and serving on Audit & Risk committees.
