This online webinar will assess where the UK is on the road to net zero by focusing on three sectors mission critical to the decarbonisation journey: construction; clean energy; and low-carbon transport. This accompanies the publication of original research, commissioned by NOCN Group and published by Learning and Work Institute.
The UK’s ability to reach net zero by 2050 requires substantial change. This includes insulating millions of homes, manufacturing and deploying clean energy infrastructure, and building and servicing electric vehicles. All of this will require people to possess the right skills and hold the right jobs, all at the right time.
By joining the session, you will hear about what progress has been made and what further action is needed, and the role for government, employers, and training providers.
