I’m delighted to welcome Emily to L&W. She brings a wealth of experience in our fields of work and a track record of delivering change in her previous roles. I know she will make a huge contribution as part of our excellent team. Improving access to learning, skills and employment has perhaps never been more important for life, work and society, and I look forward to working with Emily to make that vision a reality.
Dr Emily Andrews said:
I am enormously excited to be joining the talented and knowledgeable team at L&W. Politicians, policymakers and businesses are all on the hunt for fresh thinking and expert insight to drive the growth agenda. The L&W team has the expertise and passion to help us all navigate towards a higher-skilled economy that makes the most of our citizens' talents and aspirations. I'm looking forward to rolling my sleeves up to help drive this change.

Emily will join L&W in late July 2025.
