Learning and Work Institute was commissioned by housing group Orbit to undertake a review of its employment support service. The aim was to evaluate the impact of the current offer, provide insight into the future of work, and set out recommendations for the future of Orbit’s employment support.
The review involved interviews with customers of the employment support service and with internal and external stakeholders, a focus group with employment support staff, analysis of management information, a literature and data review focused on the future of work, and a workshop with senior Orbit staff.
