This guide is for agencies in the South East (SE) region who are involved in supporting the resettlement of refugees through the government resettlement schemes. This includes local authorities, agencies commissioned to deliver resettlement support, ESOL4 providers, Community Sponsors, Jobcentre Plus and National Careers Service.
The guide can be used to inform and help with different aspects of employment support for refugees:
- Setting up discrete provision
- Integrating it within existing services and roles
- Providing direct support to refugees to progress into employment
- Commissioning services.
