Home | Employment support for people experiencing homelessness
Even before the coronavirus crisis, people experiencing homelessness faced significant disadvantage, multiple complex barriers to work, and very low employment rates.
Learning and Work Institute has been evaluating the Tackling Multiple Disadvantage (TMD), which is focused on supporting people experiencing homelessness into work. Delivered by Crisis Skylight London, St Mungo’s and Mind, the service supported 448 people across 17 London boroughs into sustainable employment over three years.
Join Learning and Work Institute and Crisis to discover more about the project, to hear about how it worked, and the lessons for employment support for people experiencing homelessness and multiple and complex needs.
