Lessons from Inspiring Futures - Youth Futures Foundation

Inspiring Futures, a £7m fund launched in July 2020, supported 85 organisations in England. Delivered by both BBC Children in Need and Youth Futures Foundation, it supports children and young people furthest from the labour market on their employment journey towards employment. Some of the grantees shared their insights about ‘what works’ in supporting children and young people towards employment pathways and how they changed their practice beyond the pandemic.
